1. Carriere Motion distalizer is an effectice appliance to move back upper posterior teeth maintaining the width of the dental arch and to distorotate first molars. Carriere Motion is usefull in not full class II and pseudo class I patients, in young patients – the time of distraction is shorter and the range is bigger.
2. The average value of distalization is similar to the cases, in which buccal miniscrews and Invisalign were used.
3. Using the Carriere Motion distalizer, elongation of the upper canine is noticeable. Therapeutic success depends on cooperation with patient.
