Medications recommended for the anti‑shock (emergency drugs) kit (NIL Expert Council, 2025)

Mandatory medications

• Epinephrine ampoules (anaphylactic shock);
• Epinephrine auto‑injector (EpiPen) (anaphylactic shock);
• Diazepam ampoules (seizures);
• Captopril tablets (hypertensive crisis);
• Acetylsalicylic acid tablets (acute coronary syndrome);
• Tranexamic acid ampoules (uncontrolled bleeding);
• Nitroglycerin sublingual spray (acute coronary syndrome);
• Salbutamol inhaler (asthma attack).​

Additional medications

• Dexamethasone ampoules (allergic reactions);
• Oxygen: a small cylinder with a regulator and an oxygen mask for oxygen therapy (anaphylactic shock, seizures, asthma attack).​

 Additional equipment

• Blood pressure monitor (sphygmomanometer);
• Glucometer (blood glucose meter);
• Disposable bag‑valve mask (BVM) with a face mask;
• Pulse oximeter;
• Oropharyngeal airway set;
• Dressing kit for bleeding control (haemorrhage wound dressings).
