Rekonstrukcja protetyczna pacjentki po częściowej maksylektomii oraz następowej rekonstrukcji płatem mikrochirurgicznym prefabrykowanym ALTF z powodu nowotworu – opis przypadku
TITLE: Prosthodontic reconstruction in a patient after partial maxillectomy and subsequent ALTF prefabricated microsurgical flap reconstruction due to neoplasm – a case report
STRESZCZENIE: Rehabilitacja protetyczna pacjentów po zabiegach resekcyjnych w obrębie jamy ustnej stanowi wyzwanie dla zespołu stomatologicznego i wymaga leczenia wielospecjalistycznego. Chirurgiczne zamknięcie jamy poresekcyjnej poprawia jakość życia pacjentów, lecz ze względu na zwiększenie podatności rekonstruowanego miejsca wymaga indywidualnego zaplanowania konstrukcji protezy szkieletowej z maksymalną liczbą elementów utrzymujących i podpierających, aby zminimalizować różnicę podatności podłoża protetycznego. Celem pracy było przedstawienie procesu rehabilitacji protetycznej pacjentki po częściowej resekcji szczęki prawej i następowej rekonstrukcji płatem mikrochirurgicznym prefabrykowanym ALTF z powodu mięsaka. Uzyskano bardzo dobry efekt estetyczno-czynnościowy oraz eliminację dolegliwości ze strony stawów skroniowo-żuchwowych.

SUMMARY: Prosthodontic rehabilitation of patients after resectional procedures in the doral cavity is a challenge for the dental team and requires multispecialty treatment. Surgical closure of the post-resection cavity improves patients’ quality of life, but due to the increased susceptibility of the reconstructed site, it requires the individual planning of the skeletal denture design with the maximum number of retaining and supporting elements to minimize the diff erence in the susceptibility of the prosthodontic base.
