Summary: The following paper presents the statistics on the rate of cases concerning different types of denture foundation among edentulous patients. The items described herein are the elements of anatomical structure hindering the treatment process. The study presents procedures which may be of help to achieve a therapeutic success in the rehabilitation process of edentulism by means of a complete denture.
