Odbudowa centralnego siekacza w oparciu o miniimplant ortodontyczny – opis przypadku
STRESZCZENIE: Coraz większa presja ze strony pacjentów dotycząca skrócenia czasu terapii implantologicznej zmusza lekarzy do ciągłej modyfikacji protokołu chirurgicznego postępowania. Częstym problemem klinicznym, z którym spotyka się współczesny implantolog, jest znaczna redukcja geometrii wyrostka zębodołowego po utracie zęba. Lekarz musi dokonać wyboru, czy przeprowadzić zabieg augmentacji, czy w zastanej atroficznej geometrii kości zastosować implant o małej średnicy. Celem pracy było przedstawienie przypadku klinicznego dorosłej pacjentki z brakiem zęba 11 uzupełnionego miniimplantem ortodontycznym, jako alternatywą dla tradycyjnych implantów protetycznych.

TITLE: Reconstruction of the central incisor on the basis of an orthodontic mini-implant – a case report
SUMMARY: The patients’ growing pressure concerning the reduction of the treatment time and achieving the best aesthetics value of a restoration forces dentists to the constant modification of the procedures of the surgical protocol. The frequent clinical problem facing a contemporary implantologist is the appreciable reduction of the dental alveous after the tooth extraction. The doctor shall arrive at a decision: to conduct the augmentation or to apply a small-diameter implant to the founded atrophic bone geometry. The aim of the paper has been to present a clinical case of an adult patient with the missing tooth 11 restored by an orthodontic miniscrew as an alternative to traditional prosthetic implants.
