STRESZCZENIE: System wiążący jest stosowany w leczeniu protetycznym przede wszystkim do cementowania adhezyjnego. Dzięki niemu uzyskuje się połączenie między powierzchnią zęba a warstwą cementu. Okazuje się, że przy leczeniu z wykorzystaniem uzupełnień pośrednich bardzo istotne są czas jego użycia oraz technika jego zakładania. Pokrycie tkanek zęba natychmiast po opracowaniu skutecznie uszczelnia zębinę, blokując dostęp bakterii do głębszych warstw tkanek zęba i zmniejsza nadwrażliwość po zabiegu. Odpowiednia aktywacja tej powierzchni, bezpośrednio przed cementowaniem, może również polepszyć siłę wiązania przyszłego uzupełnienia do zębiny.

TITLE: The use of bonding system to seal tissues of a tooth after preparation for adhesively bonded restorations
SUMMARY: Bonding system in prosthetic dentistry treatment is used primarily in adhesive cementation. Due to it we achieve connection between the tooth surface and the cement layer. It turns out that when rehabilitation with indirect restorations is used, the time of placing the bonding system and the application procedure are important. Covering the tissues of a tooth immediately after the dentin cutting effectively seals the dentin by blocking the access of bacteria to the deeper layers of the tooth and reduces dentin sensitivity. Proper activation of this surface, directly before the luting procedures, can also improve the bond strength of the future restoration to the dentin.
